Answers to your questions, every step of the way.

What is your average class size?
Every class has 5 students on average. We ensure that the class size is optimal so that every student receives adequate support during the lesson.
Do you offer trial lessons?
Yes! Reach out to our centre administration to indicate your interest to register for a trial lesson. The fee payment is strictly for one lesson, without any additional fee included.
Are there online lessons?
Yes, our lessons are conducted in a hybrid format. This means that all students are given the option to attend the lessons online or on-site. We believe that this format will give students the flexibility to decide how to best use their time, given their hectic schedules. Rest assured that the online lessons will be as effective as the on-site lessons.
How are the lessons conducted?
Regular classes held on a weekly basis will feature two components: Teaching and practice. For teaching, students will explore a set of content based on the teacher’s lesson plan. For practice, students are given time to attempt questions that are reviewed with the teacher.
During revision classes, lessons will be focused on practices, including mock tests. Our aim is to simulate examination conditions so that the teachers can assess whether the students are proficient at what was covered.
What fees do I have to pay when joining SGEducators?
For new students, the enrolment fees are as follows:
- Yearly material and miscellaneous fee (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- Course fee (determined by the number of lessons to attend in that month and pro-rated accordingly)
What should I do if my child is unable to attend a lesson?
If your child is expected to miss a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sick), please inform our centre administrator. We will arrange a replacement lesson for your child.
Can I get a refund for the lesson that my child has missed?
If your child has missed a lesson, please reach out to our centre administrator to arrange for a replacement lesson. There is no refund for the enrolled lesson.
What should I do if my child wants to withdraw from the tuition?
Please give at least two weeks’ notice to the centre administration if your child wants to withdraw from the tuition.
